We are responsible for recruiting its depot manager (M / F) for its site located east of Lyon (69).
Mission:
Manage the incoming and outgoing flows of the Company, optimizing costs, quality and deadlines requested by customers. Manage a small team of preparers and delivery drivers
On the other hand, your responsibilities are as follows:
Plan customer deliveries
Perform and organize receipt of supplier deliveries
Manage and classify supplier delivery notes
Contact clients when files are complete
Participate in after-sales service support
Tidy up, organize, optimize the deposit
Manage its teams in terms of HR, planning, application and compliance with instructions, and staff safety.
Follow up on vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
Profile, skills and qualities required:
BAC + 2 training (BTS or DUT) or license in logistics
5 years minimum experience in flow management and in a complex activity
Good command of office tools
CASES 3 mini authorization
Autonomy and dynamism,
Manager, organizer, methodical, clear and direct, common sense
Initiative, ability to make decisions
Relational and listening skills, fluid and communicative,
Team spirit, knows how to be friendly
Has repartee, knows how to argue and impose himself tactfully

Knows how to get around the difficulty
