As part of a job creation, we are recruiting its sales manager (H / F)
Mission:
In collaboration with your team, your mission is to develop the growth of the company in a very competitive context and at the European level.
You diagnose the product portfolio and define the business plan of action to consolidate the growth of the company in the short and medium term.
Through your in-depth knowledge of extruded plastic film markets, you are a strong proponent of your peers to propose new products and market segments to address.
You build an ambitious 5-year business plan taking into account the history and know-how of the company and adapting your vision with the CODIR of the site and the Group.
You respond to bids in collaboration with your team of sedentary sales assistants
You manage and animate a team of independent salesmen
You collaborate with the sales assistants and the various departments of the company (quality, development, production, purchasing) to meet the dailies quality objectives, costs, deadlines imposed by the market.
Profile:
With a degree in Business School, Engineering or equivalent, you have a minimum experience of 5 years in the industry, and ideally acquired in the plastics industry. You are in charge of commercial development, technical products and you are a true hunter always listening to your customers or prospects.
Your approach to business is both technical and commercial.
Moreover, you are a man of the field, close to your collaborators, and know how to arouse in them, taking initiatives and leadership. You have real listening skills.
Fluent English and German.
