Our client is a human-sized company, specializing in the distribution of equipment to companies and individuals.
We are in charge of recruiting its Works Supervisor (M/F) for its site located east of Lyon (69).

Assignment:
Manage all of the company’s carpentry installation sites by coordinating external, internal customers, installers or subcontractors to achieve the Quality, Cost, Deadlines and Safety objectives induced by this responsibility.

On the other hand, your responsibilities are as follows:

Preparing the sites:
Installation of site panels and signage
Manage installer schedules
Communicate with the end customer to plan the intervention
Participate and follow site meetings
Check the masonry supports before intervention (dimensions to be checked)
Manage the launch of the construction site on D-Day

Accept the site
Sign the minutes
Collect settlement balances
Inform the salesperson of leftovers
Inform the salesperson for the neighborhood box (advertisement in the neighbours’ mailboxes)
Carry out immediate after-sales service actions insofar as they are simple and quick

Organize after-sales service
Open a service file
Follow up on the after-sales service by the after-sales technician
Manage after-sales stocks in tandem with the after-sales manager

Profile, skills and qualities required
BAC+2 training (BTS Building or DUT Civil Engineering)
3 to 5 years of minimum experience in the installation of carpentry (windows, doors, shutters) and in the coordination of stakeholders in the context of work management
Good knowledge of office tools
Autonomy and dynamism,
Manager, organizer, methodical, clear and direct, common sense
Initiative, ability to make decisions
Relational and listening skills, fluid and communicative,
Knows how to resist the pressure and keeps his cool
Knows how to handle the unexpected
Team spirit, knows how to be friendly
Commercial relationship with professional and private customers
Has repartee, knows how to argue and impose himself with form while remaining courteous
Focus on actions/results
Knows how to get around the difficulty
