Our client is an international and multi-site industrial group, world leader, in strong growth which designs and manufactures complex mechanical and technical products.
For two of its industrial sites we are looking for Production Managers (supervisor) who will be in charge of a family of products (H / F). The site works in daytime hours.
Your mission will be to develop the production sector entrusted to you, through the animation of autonomous teams, respecting the objectives Quality / Cost / Time.
It will also be to uphold order, security and maintain a good social climate.
You report to the production manager of the site.
You will be responsible for a team of operators (30 to 40 people) and will be assisted by leading operators or expert editors.
Your role will be to animate this team by being close to the field, in support of your employees, and you will draw support services (BE, Methods, Logistics and Supply Chain, Quality) to achieve your results commitments.
You will moderate your meetings at short intervals (5 or 30 minutes) by listening and by encouraging the participation of your colleagues.
In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring your performance and action plans.
You will establish your reporting and follow key indicators of your sector.
You will ensure that the safety instructions are clear and respected.
Your role will be more focused on fluidification of operations than on technology. You will be proactive, pugnacious, and you will play the role of conductor and facilitator.
Profile:
Technical training of engineer or BTS or DUT
Experience as a production team manager in the assembly sector (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic), acquired in a small series industrial environment and strong personalization.
Knowledge of the practice of Lean or Kaizen or 6 Sigma tools
Familiar with computers (office automation or ERP)
English is a plus for your evolution in the group
