Our client is a human-sized company specializing in cardboard packaging and belonging to an ETI.
As part of a job creation, we are recruiting its Director of Establishment (M / F) for its site located in the west of the Paris region (78)
Mission:
In collaboration with your team, your mission is to develop:
Take control of industrial operations, reassure and manage support services and restore the service rate.
Prioritize, Plan and Sequence the production and lead the actions of progress on the rapid changes of formats to develop the agility of the Company.
Support salespeople in the development of the Company, support them, stimulate them and invent future products or services by relying on the BE and support services.
On the other hand :
You build the 5-year strategic plan for this activity
With your team, you write responses to calls for tenders as well as commercial proposals.
You prepare the Reporting of the Company’s activities to the general management of the Group and you are responsible for the P&L.
You involve the Group’s support services across the board to improve the efficiency of the Company.
You develop the business, with a spirit of continuous improvement, permanent safety and well-being at work.
Profile:
Grande Ecole de Commerce or Engineering training or equivalent
Rich background with imperative successful experience within an SME in a process environment, such as corrugated or flat cardboard or paper
Taste of management of industrial and commercial teams
Knows how to share his enthusiasm, his vision and get his employees on board by promoting team spirit
Communicating and entrepreneurial
Knows how to keep his cool if he is in difficulty and take a step back
Good interpersonal skills, Sense of commerce and creativity
Methodical and clear
Charisma, Leadership, dynamism,
Fluent English
Job requirement: the candidate must settle near the site in the Paris region.
