Our client is an small company belonging to an industrial group, world leader in its specialty, which designs and manufactures technical products all over the world.
For one of its industrial sites near Roanne (42), we are looking for its site maintenance manager (M / F).
Mission:
Focused primarily on the field, its mission is to manage a team of 6 people organized in 3X8 to optimize the TRS of production lines by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance in order to limit unscheduled shutdowns and reduce rejects or non-quality . The maintenance manager will therefore have to train his teams in WCM (Word Class Manufacturing) best practices and enforce safety, health and environmental rules in order to strive for zero accidents. It will rely on the purchasing department to supply the maintenance store and service providers.
Prerogatives:
Supervise maintenance activities
Control the quality and safety of its employees at all times.
Carry out safety visits with its technicians or external personnel and ensure that the major instructions are observed.
Ensure that prevention plans are correctly drafted and respected with external companies
Ensure the proper completion of regulatory maintenance work (fire safety, pressure equipment, electrical equipment.)
Write, verify, and approve procedures,
Propose the forecast maintenance budget to the industrial manager
Invest in a continuous improvement process following the WCM process proposed by the Group
Manage its human resources (training, information, facilitation of meetings, staff evaluation, etc.) and ensure respect for labor law.
Profile:
Engineer or BAC + 2 or BAC + 3 experienced
Proven experience in the management of a Maintenance Department of at least 5 years, ideally acquired in a continuous fire process industry (3X8 or 5X8)
English fluent
Skills and Experience sought: natural authority, likes challenges, Charisma and Leadership, communicator, facilitator and manager, Sense of autonomy, high availability, responsiveness, sense of service and transversal management, Self-control, Taste of the field , rigorous.
Technical Qualities: good knowledge of mechanics, electricity and automation
Structured, Faculties of Analysis and Synthesis (PDCA)
