Our customer is a large industrial group, world leader in its specialty, which designs and manufactures mechanical and technical products worldwide.
For one of its industrial sites we are looking for its logistics manager and supply chain, including the purchasing function.
Mission: to manage the supply chain function in a context of strong growth and expansion of the site
prerogatives:
Manager and lead a team of notable size (about 30 people) made up of suppliers, logisticians and buyers.
Actively participate in the animation of the monthly PIC meeting and build the PDP.
Manage all the flows of the order taking, the supply and delivery of customers and those internal to the site.
Conduct redesign of internal flows in a Lean spirit
Define with buyers the purchasing strategy and new sources of supply
Advancing safety by changing attitudes
Develop communication within the service by a daily animation AIC type (animation at short intervals)
For this challenge, we are looking for an experienced engineer (H / F) in the supply chain function ideally complemented by an APICS certification.
A prior course in production and method is a plus because we are looking for a profile focused on action, reflection and the ground before having a perfect knowledge of the needs of its internal customers.
Good experience in purchasing and supply in a small and medium-sized series or business market
Fluent English.
Essential managerial and communication skills.
Other qualities: structured, dynamic, catchy, humility, imaginative, listening and relational mastery.
