As part of a job creation, we recruit his DIRECTOR GENERAL (H / F)
Mission:
In collaboration with your team, your mission is to develop the company’s growth in a very competitive context in two segments of the packaging that concern the production of technical and specific papers. You animate CODIR in a spirit of restoration of profitability and quality of service by promoting the values of the Group.
You pick up “customer relations” for the two business segments by targeting industrialists, distributors, retailers and specialized distributors.
You build the 5-year strategic plan for this activity in collaboration with your CODIR and the Group by integrating the industrial, marketing, innovation and “make or buy” aspects.
With your team, you write the responses to the call for tenders as well as the commercial proposals.
You establish the Reporting of the Company’s activities to the Group’s General Management and you are the guarantor of the P & L.
You are involved across the Group’s support departments in order to improve the Company’s efficiency.
You develop the company, with a spirit of continuous improvement, permanent safety and well-being at work.
Profile:
Graduate of a Business or Engineering School or equivalent
Minimum experience of 5 years in industry and retail in the field of decorated paper packaging.
Managerial ability to supervise a team of thirty people.
We are looking for a dynamic personality, with a taste for technique and sales.
Other qualities: charisma, animator, autonomous, team spirit. Sense of negotiation, knowledge of an ERP, fluent English and German.
Post requirement: the candidate will have to settle near the site.
