LEANSEARCH RECRUITING LEAN PERFORMANCE ENGINEER FOR ADVANCED INDUSTRY

Our client is an international group, multi-site, multi-sector, world leader in its specialty. To improve the performance of one of its industrial sites, we are looking for an engineer (H / F) with a first significant experience in the field of Lean Manufacturing including TPM. The performance engineer will report to the site’s performance director. After few years he will evoluate towards managerial positions within the Group.

Mission:

Incarnate the TPM and LEAN approach within the structure and animate the sites of continuous improvement.

Be the guarantor of the best practices, developing the standards with the operational teams and respecting the safety rules.

Main assignments:

Ensure the animation of specific KAIZEN sites (Productivity, Quality, Deadlines, Security)

Check the effectiveness of the measures or actions put in place

Train the employees of the company (5S, SMED, TPM, VSM) in methods of operational excellence and ensure proper ownership

Contribute to the adaptation of tools taking into account the context of the company

Develop performance indicators for each sector

Perform factory visits (benchmarks, competitive intelligence), to move the company towards best practices

Manage TPM audits and return results to teams

Participate in the construction and implementation of organizational transformation projects

Profile:

Graduate Engineer (H / F) from major schools with a first significant experience in Lean method and in the automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, food industry. You are looking for a demanding environment and a high-tech industry.

Your achievements are concrete and you think you master the tools of Lean and the TPM in particular (5S, SMED, FLUX, TPM, TRS)

You are: communicating, beating, autonomous, pragmatic, synthetic and you have good problem analysis skills (8D, 5 Why, PDCA, AMDEC)

Your English is operational.

For you geography is not the only criterion of evolution and you are ready to join a group where changes can be in France or abroad.
